Before preparing to work with a Reversal Ritual, purify and cleanse your space and yourself. This can be done through smudging with burning incense (available with kit) and taking a ritual bath with apple cider vinegar, eucalyptus essential oil and dried or fresh rosemary, a piece of black tourmaline or aegerine, sea salt and a piece of shungite to activate the water. Then bath, making sure you immerse the crown of your head into the bath. Once bath has been completed, visualize the water washing away all negative energies from your aura and into the earth for recycling. For a smudge, burn wild rue over a charcoal disc or gas stove.
