War Water is a suspension of iron rust in water, with other powerfully charged ingredients. I add liquid plasma made of Iron as well as alchemical elixirs of iron/mars, the Roman god Mars was the god of war  and his symbolic metal was iron.  Empowered by Hecate goddess of war.
 
War Water is a European contribution to hoodoo. It may have originally been compounded as a blood tonic or strengthener of courage, but in the hands of witches it became a tool against an enemy by means of hostile foot track magic causing what was called "poisoning through the feet" and making everyone in the household quarrel and fight one another.
